TORREILLES

At the heart of this magic region is hidden Torreilles, as small Catalan village, typical ad warm with it’s old stone houses where you can hear the “sardine” music in the shade of hundred year old plane trees and which shelters in green seclusion the Romanesque Chapelle de Juhègues (9th century). It also has a colourful market and in the summer a festival of cinema and variety stars in concert, but above all it has one of the last undeveloped and protected beaches (awarded the European blue flag for seaside resorts) which offer 300 days of sunshine per year on it’s 4km of golden sand.

Forget for a while your car (unless to visit the area) and let us take care of you.
Spread over more than 16 hectares with direct access to beach we have more than 600 emplacements of 100 to 160m² each of which is surrounded by trees and bushes such as: oliwer de boheme, tamarisk, oleander, eleanus and is equipped with it’s own private sanitary unit comprising : WC, shower, Wash basin, hot and cold water, 10 amps electricity and mains drainage. There are also 3 sanitary units with handicap access.

Our other facilities include :

• More than 60 mobile homes to rent a bar, restaurant, take away pizzeria (from may to September)
• Several shops i.e. ice cream bar, wine cellar, bread shop, fruit and vegetable stall (July and august)
• Just facing the site is a commercial centre with a variety of shops including a small supermarket  (April/September)
• A launderette
• A car/caravan washing bay
• A doctors surgery (July/August)
• A large swimming pool with a children’s paddling pool along side both surrounded by a big area for sun beds (is May to 20 September)
• 3 hard court tennis courts
• Pitches for volley ball, handball, basket ball.
• A children play area
• A Mini golf (paying)
• A big floodlit boulodrome

Plus organized activities and attractions daily including a disco and children’s miniclub (July/August).

And to serve you better throughout the year, our team is at your disposal, each one knowing everything about the site…or almost!

Because we know that a campsite without clients doesn’t need workers.
